Vip check in/Front desk/ Maintanence:[4 star rating]
Upon arrival, we received prompt and friendly customer service during the VIP check in process. The room we checked into was decent but outdated and currently under renovation.For example, the stove is about 30 yrs old, the spa tub was old and inoperable and the undersink cabinet door was completely removed. I phoned the front desk to inform them, they were attentive and sent help immediately. Although the front desk operator present with courteous telephone etiquette and offered to switch rooms the following morning, the maintenance technician (also very pleasant) did not replace the door.
Security: [5 stars rating]
We attended a lounge last night and on the way back to the resort I had dropped my cell in the taxi cab and forgot to pick it up before getting out of taxi. So this morning when I awaken, I was so upset and frivolously calling all the taxi cab companies before calling down to Cancun security. I spoke with security personnel Josh. He was so helpful and went above and beyond by helping me investigate which cab company fits my description. He also spoke with his supervisor to request review of the security camera to help with identifying taxi company. Josh called back hours later to gather more information to help me find my cell. Fortunately, my cell was returned by the cab driver. I am so very appreciative of the service I received from Josh. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!! [If you read any of my reviews you will see I don't tolerate poor service so the 4 stars I'm giving Cancun is SOLELY based on the customer serviced I received.
