  • If I could, I would give 0. They agreed to take my case, then while I was hospitalized for 3 weeks, which I contacted them twice to let them know about and have confirmation that they received my messages, they dropped me saying they couldn't get in touch with me. When I got out of the hospital I called twice more and they have refused to return my calls.
