If I could leave no stars I would worst customer service ever!!! I made the reservation over the phone for Thursday night and had to move it to Friday due to a 6 car pileup blocking 2 major free ways. We get there early Friday morning to find out they price has gone up, also now I have to pay for it up front. Two things I was told opposite on the phone. I was told a round trip was cheaper then one way. These people don't care about the customs only the money. The Manager also forgot to cancel my order after I told him to. Moving is hard enough especially when the person moving is disabled. Luckily we were able to call the corporate number get a new order some where else. One out of 4 experiences with uhaul is decent it should be 100 out of 100. Customer service makes the whole experience!!!
