| - We stopped in after the Art Walk, and our first visit here. I have no problem with the server, who was attentive during our 40-minute wait for food. You know, where they are kind of embarrassed for the slowness when the restaurant is half-empty. The complimentary bread basket was good - crispy exterior, soft interior. Unfortunately, our entrees, which were the specials, were not. Husband's osso buco was a little tough, and the sauce was definitely lacking something and was on the salty side. As for my dish, it was plain awful. I had the penne with salmon and asparagus. I had exactly one asparagus tip. If you put together all the slices, it may have equaled one stalk. I have no proof, but I believe the salmon was from a can. It was mixed into the cream sauce, had that strange canned texture, was extremely salty, and no piece was bigger than a pea. The cream sauce was bland without any herb or seasoning, and was extremely salty. In addition, some of the penne had that hard, rubbery texture like it had been sitting and dried out.
