  • This company is such a JOKE!!! We have had nothing but issues with our pool and they don't seem to care. THey are a bunch of old people, with no urgency and once they sell you your pool they wipe their hands clean of you. Dave was our sales guy and he is beyond terrible. He promises all these things and then doesn't follow through with it. I have already reported this company to the BBB. Stay FAR FAR away from Blue Haven, Worst mistake we ever made was to buy a pool from them. OUr spa still doesn't even work properly, our auto fill is broke and our pool equipment sounds like it is going to explode! We have had Richard out 5+ times to fix it and it STILL isn't fixed and it has been alomst a year!! We still haven't even been able to use our spa, because it doesn't heat up! Seriously,,,,whats the point of having a spa then!!! What a JOKE!!!
