  • Having visited many fire stations for work, I know firemen can cook. Since the chain was started by firemen and claimed to have great sauces, I had to stop by even if the temperature outside was triple digits. I ordered the turkey, roast beef with monterey jack cheese (engineer ladder I believe). It came with lettuce and tomato. Simple, but very clean and filling. The bread was nice and warm, the meats and cheese were melted just right. I love their sauce collection and choices. The sandwich itself is about $5-6 bucks. Great place for lunch. It sure beats the other chains.
