  • Escape Rooms Mesa was an awesome experience. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. We are ameture escapees and I think our cluemaster caught onto that. As we neared the end he offered subtle encouragement to keep us moving in the right direction. The puzzles were just challenging enough that we were able to successfully escape while still having to work together and exercise the brain. When we unlocked the room and our cluemaster greeted us with cheers and clapping it just put the cherry on top of the whole experience. On another note, half of our party was already at the facility when I called to explain I had a family emergency and was running late. The staff were incredibly understanding, which helped put me at ease, and because there was nobody booked right after us they still gave us our whole time. This was definitely more than I expected from them and it was a demosntration of superior customer service. We will definitely be returning! Thanks so much Escape Rooms Mesa for a memorable experience.
