  • I called to find out if they had a specific part, the lame girl who answered the phone put me on hold for 4 minutes then hung up. I called back and some joker answered the phone, when I asked if they had the part, he said "I already told you we didn't have the part", then hung up on me! Gee, they can't even offer an alternative? Clearly they are lacking in customer service skills. That's too bad the employees are angry and not helpful. Good luck people, maybe you'll have a better experience.
