| - Terrible sales experience!
If there would be zero stars, I would give it!
I was looking for a certain car to buy, so I saw one online at Larry Miller Volkswagen. I called there twice to make sure it's still available, made an appointment on a weekday, told them I am coming from the other side of town and gave them my cell phone number, just in case, if something unexpected comes up.
Like other people here said, the "internet department", but turned out it's a usual sales department.
When I arrived there, he told me, I am sorry, he just find out the car has been sold, 20 minutes ago. I never received a call on my cell phone either.
He showed another car, "only" $5K more.
I wasted half vacation day, driving around Phoenix over 2 hours for nothing!
While I kept looking on the internet for another car, this car was still there. A good dealer would have it removed from their website. My friend called there 3 days later, asking for the car, sales person said they still have it.
I don't call the sales manager, I am sure it's their sales strategy.
It was my first and last visit there, the place looks nice, but I don't care about this after what happened.
I went to another VW in Phoenix, they treated me the right way and gave me an good deal for the new new Jetta model 2015, so bought my car there.
