  • If I could give them negative stars I would! Last summer our ac went out and invitation homes took 10 days from the date the work order was placed to come out and "fix" it. One day after it was "fixed" it went out again! It took them another 6 days to send someone else out. This person said the last people didn't even notate they were there so they had nothing to go off of and started diagnosis of the issue. They left and said someone would be out the next day with supplies to repair. They didn't show up for another 2 weeks. Our house was over 90 degrees for almost 3 months. We decided to withhold rent because they still didn't resolve our issue (BAD IDEA) on our part. AZ does not allow withholding of rent and we were too broke to get an attorney as I am a veteran living off a fixed income. They evicted us and wanted over $2300.00 for us to stay in the home that was double rent for only one month due to the crazy fees they charge. They were not willing to work with us and when we moved out the ac was still broken. During the court hearing there was 10 people just that day dealing with similar issues from invatation homes. I recieved a summary of charges totally over $4000 which included a broken ac unit =/ . They are so rude and only in business for the money, they genuinely do not care about the people living in their homes. Due to the report on my credit I will eventually be stuck working on a payment plan with this company but they refuse to take the eviction off my credit. Paid on time every month for 18 months to them. I'm disgusted!
