  • Purchased a bedroom set with mattress, the mattress has an indentation, called for an inspection the inspector acknowledged that there is a problem. Conns called and said that is natural wear and tear so no replacement I have only had it for a month, they sent another inspector after further complaints he said the mattress is defiantly defected, Conns called back said they will not replace it. The worst customer service of my life time to call the BBB and 3 on your side.
