  • So normally I would have rated this place 5 stars. My family and I have been coming to Sushi Fever for over 10 yrs. This was always our favorite place but today...ugh.. it was packed as usual tonight and my bf and I sat at the sushi bar. We ordered the Monica roll and kalbi. They brought us our Kalbi and told us they take out of rice, so we ended up waiting 20mins for them to cook it. Finally, they brought it to the table and halfway through, I saw a long piece of hair. I immediately stopped eating and asked for he check. I let the waitress know and when she looked, she asked me if it was my hair- seriously?? That piece of hair was cooked into the kalbi, IT WASN'T MINE....she seemed annoyed and then asked if I wanted it off the bill, mind you we still had half of the kalbi untouched. They ended up taking it off however they were noticeably irritated. Sad to say, I won't be going back. Looks like I'll switch to naked fish. It's a shame because most of the staff is friendly but tonight was awful. Sushi fever, please make your staff wear hairnets!
