One of the best sesame bagels I've had in my life. Be sure to eat it fresh when it's still warm. All their fresh bagels are baked in a wood oven. It looked great and smelled great. If you've never bit into a hot and crispy on the outside while soft and steamy on the inside bagel, you my friend are missing out. The sesame added a little bit of more crunch. Just carefully peel and dip into cream cheese for some amazingness.
Compared to Fairmont a few blocks away, this bagel was less dense and more fluffy. But there was still a little bit of chew to it.
If they have cold bagels, avoid, its only amazing when its hot. If you buy cold bagels, you can still toast it back up. It's good but it wont be as good as fresh out of the oven bagel.
