  • I asked for a deep tissue massage when I telephoned for an appointment and repeated that request in every subsequent conversation and in writing when I filled out forms. Unfortunately, even after a discussion with my massage therapist, nothing even approaching a deep tissue massage ensued. Is the staff not well-trained? I will go elsewhere next time. I am quite disappointed by what feels like false advertising.
