  • As a general rule, I am not a fan of Cox. Lousy customer service, way high crazy prices, lack of quality programming are the trademarks of Cox. My husband was coming home from Afghanistan and I wanted him to be able to watch TV, not just netflix or hulu. When I called on the phone to place order, they were really trying so hard to discourage me from getting the basic of basic cable. They messed up my order too. I went down to this location to pick up the box. I was expecting a long line, a rude CSR and a headache when leaving. I encountered none of that! Shocking, I know! Manny helped me immediately. Since the bill was in my maiden name, but my DL is in my married name, I brought the appropriate paperwork, still figuring they'd bust my balls. Manny took the stuff, and changed the name no problem. He gave me the box and the cables needed for installation. I was in there less than 8 minutes total. Fantastic! I will never ever "Yay, I'm a fan" of Cox cable. For me, it's 2 star, "eh, I've had better" (I have. Media One) So, the extra star is for Manny. Friendly, helpful and quick.
