  • Zero rating...the place is being cheaply renovated and rented to pay for next victims, bait and switch, apartment! It is filthy dirty with plenty of spiders to entertain you when bored. The walls are not attached to the cabinets in bath. Shelving in kitchen falling off as you place your dishes...which are breakable. The dishwasher was full of someone's garbage! Also, if on ground floor... there is no insulation or baffling on floors so it's constantly noisy from every step your neighbor takes. The washer and dryer make so much noise it's almost laughable if I wasn't the one living there! Slum lord style of repairs and false promises.
