  • I thought I'd found my new stylist but my last visit has left me questioning the value of the service. I booked my appointment online and when I arrived, Lyndsy was already closing the register and said that I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. I thought I'd booked for a later time and I was arriving early! I had the choice of rescheduling or else getting a haircut sans shampooing. I choose the latter. Within 15 minutes, I was out of there (also forgoing the hand massage at the end). I still paid $55 for the time and cut, but months after the haircut, it still bothers me that I paid that much.
