  • First, the good. The brisket was smokey and tender. The sauce was flavorful without overwhelming the meat. The service was friendly. And now the challenges: one of the louder restaurants (sadly, not due to music). Room was warm (and it's not yet got here!). Pulled pork was lacking in flavor. Cole slaw (vinegar) had a fishy flavor. The beans were reminiscent of Campbell's (as in canned flavor). Sadly, even the fried pickles were flavorless. Overall, a disappointing experience.
