  • Love this apartment community! I think people have to remember that your going to encounter problems everywhere but it's the way the staff handles it is the thing that matters most! I have had such a good year here ... I've only ever had to put in two maintenance requests the whole year! Love Susan and she is highly knowledgeable about the community as well as the new manager ! Landscaping team is alway making the grounds look great and being courteous of residents when you walk by! Which since I work in the industry know is hard to find! I'll miss the cozy look and feel of the community when I have to leave! They have really made living here a ease for someone with a busy schedule like me! Thank you for everything Copper Palms Staff!
