  • I bought a packaged deal on Black Friday. I was told I could use one tan that day, and then have the other one as a credit on my account. When I went on Tuesday night the girls working said that wasn't so. They said it had expired and they couldn't do anything because they weren't managers, and I asked for the manager but they said there wasn't one there. I understand the girls not being able to do anything, it's not their fault. However, this reflects on the company as a whole, I think I'll stick to Body Heat tanning. Don't say it will be credited and not tell me it expires...
