rev:text	Possibly the rudest staff ever. I drove up and no one answered so I pulled up to the window where Caitlin (so?) and Ben we're having a conversation. Ben saw me waiting and instead of saying "we're closed" or something (btw the sign light was still on, which is supposed to be turned off when they start closing down) he proceeded to duck down by where they hand out drinks and say something to the person shutting down with him who just laughed. I then called and the supposed store manager, as she identified herself when I asked for her name (Bri), asked "what do you want me to do" when I said it was rude what the employees did. She then hung up on me and didn't answer when I called back. This isn't the first instance of rude employees and I've experienced multiple issues with drinks not being made right (not being decaf, even when I emphasize it is for someone that had a stroke, not using almond milk, charging extra for syrup when you ask for a White Mocha with just 1 pump of WM and 1 pump of Vanilla instead of doing the "sub", black coffee with grounds or the white powder stuff they put in to clean the machines, etc). This is my usual store for multiple coffee runs a day, (I spent $32 just today! Made a run for the family.) but they have just gone way downhill. I'll be going to the Black Rock a few miles down the road. It's out of the way, but worth it for the coffee you ask for and the service you expect. If you're still a Starbucks fan, go to the one off of Gilbert and Ocotillo - much better staff, quicker, cleaner, and they don't jack up your drinks.
