I have to downgrade. The appointments are less than progressional, I don't have to listen another sales pitch and frankly no one seems happy to be there. I bought a package of services and when I had to cancel and change then asked what I had left in the package they had no clue at all. Told me to bring in my receipt and they could backtrack it? I'm sorry. They should be able to do that through their system. The only way this is worth it is through the coupon deals, don't buy their packages.
