  • The re-loadable wristbands are a disaster. Paid an entrance fee, and loaded money on the wristband...entered and went to get tacos...no money on the wristband. So we stand in line for customer service, which by the way, you have to exit the fest to get to, almost a half an hour. We get to the condescending "supervisor "who looked at us like we were trying to get something for nothing. Back into the fest, the tacos were good, not great, and the near half an hour wait in line for each booth was just unacceptable. We will not be back.
