  • I just had Howard Air install a new unit and duct work in my 50+ yr old house. Everyone at Howard Air was great to deal with and I couldn't have imagined the job going any better. My sales representative, Brian, did a thorough evaluation of my home and explained everything needed. He always was available by phone or email when I had questions, which is appreciated with such an investment. The install crew was just amazing. They worked non-stop all day. They were friendly, polite, respectful and clean. You couldn't even tell where they had been working when they left. The job went so well - there is honestly nothing more I could have hoped for. I am so pleased I went with Howard Air and will definitely recommend them to anyone.
