I am a multi-purchase customer of CarMax. Made an appointment to see a vehicle today, I get there and waited at the front welcome desk, starring at my name on the TV prompt but no one to address me. Or even acknowledge I am there.
I hunt down a lady in a CarMax uniform and ask why I was just standing at the front desk and if anyone was going to serve me, she asks who my sales person was and if I had an appointment. I gave her the details and she told me to sit and wait.
5 mins later another CarMax employee comes by named Michael who tell us that Gary is with another customer and that he will be another 15 mins. Even though we had an appointment. So, I left. Customer Service is horrible at this location and honestly why should I support a dealership that does not care about its customer relations. I advise anyone reading this to stay away.
