The hotel itself is standard with decent sized rooms and a restaurant on site. My company reserved 15 rooms for 3 nights as well as a conference room for 2 days so you would think we would get excellent service. The pro is the food service during our two days in meetings was great. The waiter that took care of us was attentive. The bad news is I got food poisoning (not at the hotel) and asked if I could pay another night bc I couldn't physically leave the room (I was extremely sick). There was absolutely zero empathy from hotel management and was told the hotel was sold out and I would be forced to leave, regardless of being sick. I couldn't open my eyes at this point but was repeatedly called asking me to leave the premises. Only after I said I was a yelp reviewer that I was told there were actually rooms and perhaps I could stay. I won't be coming back to this hotel and was so disappointed at how I was treated. I'm giving it a two star only bc of Gordon from room service who brought me Gatorade and crackers and the food service during our meetings. Less than one star for hotel management.
