  • The worst customer service ever. Every single time. I've gone here a few times because it's the only IHOP in my area. It's never worth it. We don't get acknowledged when we walk in, this time we waited for about 20 minutes after giving our name.. multiple parties walked out. Customers were complaining they had been sitting at their table for 30 minutes and had not been greeted. Not worth the drive.
