  • Stopped by here twice and wasn't necessarily wowed. The first time I ordered tonkotsu ramen and bf ordered spicy miso ramen. While he enjoyed his meal, I thought mine had much to be desired. The chashu was a bit chewy, tough, and lacked flavor, and while the tonkotsu broth appeared creamy, it didn't really taste rich. It was somewhat reminiscent of Anime Ramen's tonkotsu and thats no compliment. The thin noodles and egg were fine, nothing bad to say. The second time we visited, we both ordered plain miso ramen. The broth was very tangy and tasted rather thin. The thicker curlier noodles served with it were harder (not cooked long enough?) than I would've enjoyed. The chashu, again, was disappointing. The service was good - it was just two waiters standing towards the back and watching the second anyone needed anything, seeing as how they recently opened, so I feel a bit bad giving them three stars. I think they'll get steady business regardless, however, since they're in a strip mall that also has that karaoke place and Cue D's.
