  • Having read all the great reviews, our expectations were high when we contacted The Hill Group to help us locate a new home. Let me say, they certainly lived up to their reputation. One example is that their agents either buy or sell, not both. This makes a huge difference if you need to see homes because you don't have to schedule around an agents "open-house", etc.. Steven James is a top-notch buyer's agent, but everyone we dealt with there was very professional and courteous. We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
