  • This particular location is very frustrating. I called for a pick up and reservation. They said they needed 2 utility bills and 2 pay check stubs. I told them I only have 1 utility bill because my bf pays everything else. They said they can take that. I scrambled to get everything together for them and when I got there they denied it. I had no vehicle. Stuck there for half an hour and got picked up by a friend. She drove me to BUDGET and it took less than 10 mins for me to get into a vehicle and saved my day. I'll never use Enterprise again. Unnecessary waste of my time!
