They had in My family in a black mold infested house due to neglect by a landlord they backed up named Mimi! IF YOU COME ACROSS A PROPERTY WITH HER NAME STAY FAR AWAY!!! She the definition of of SLUMLORD! They love slum lords! They stand behind them! I had two mold specialist come out and confirm it was mold ! My whole family now has chest pains and breathing problems from the issue! On top of it since they didn't want to fix the mold they just wanted to paint over top! SLUMLORDS!!!! You can't trust a word they say they ARE THE WORST I CALLED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON THEM! They confirmed the apartment was unlivable but wouldn't clean up the mold nor put my family in another place! I called action news as well ! Look for Mimi Lin! Anyone that wants to see the clip I will share ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Keep going ! I promise you will be a lot happier and you will be healthy!!!!!! They will take your rent money right away but the next day they won't fix the issue!!!!! STAY TF AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!! They are like roaches no one wants them !!!!!! Do not give these horrible money suckers business!!!! CONNIE IS THE RUDEST SOB I HAVE EVER MET!!! Each and every last one of them are disgusting human beings, once they get your money they treat you like dogs they talk over top of you yell and etc! ***YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED***************
