  • Heck to the yeah, this place is just great!! A department store sized space (was this a Rose's in a former life?) just packed with CD's, records and movies; some used, some new, all awesome. I got a rush of nostalgia just browsing. The big attraction for me was the Used CD section - I am still a die hard fan of the CD. The entire back left of the store is "Used" sorted by genre. It's like a down and dirty Tower Records! I scored about twenty five CDs - there was a little something from every artist I searched for - The Black Keys, The Killers, The Shins, The Strokes, Johnny Cash, Modest Mouse, Nerf Herder and on and on - what a great selection!! Bonus! They were running a Buy one get one half off sale on used CDs! My cashier stacked up my purchases by price point, to make sure we were able to discount them for the maximum. Only $99 for all that music - that's unreal! Yes, their new stuff is high dollar. I'm probably not going to pay $16.99 for the new Weezer album - but I will buy the heck out of pre loved! Apparently, they have been around for quite awhile; that "staying power" really says a lot about them. Manifest pretty much rocks!
