  • We went during lunch hour and it was packed. No tables available, so we ended up eating outside standing in the cold. I've had the fish and chips at the Gordon Ramsey Pub in Caesars. It was the best and most expensive fish and chips I've ever ate. When I saw this opened I had really high expectations and doubts as to whether he can create the same dish that costs significantly less. I was blown away by it. The fish was fresh and the batter was crispy without being greasy. We selected the Dirty #1 chips and it was awesome. We love spicy, so the fried jalapeños provided a great kick with the chorizo. We will Definitely add this to our rotation of regular places to eat when we're in Vegas.
