  • 100% dissatisfied. I do not recommend buying a car from this place. I bought a BMW for close to $13,000, 83,000 miles. When I went to pick it up, Julian told me that the car is putting off a big cloud of smoke. He said it was simply bad gas and it needs to be driven around a little bit. because I was so trusting of Julian at the time, I took his word for it and decided to give him a chance. I drove the car around just as he said, then my HUD tells me that my oil level is low. I kept having to bring it in and out of the shop just to be told that I need to spend more money on new sensors. When I explained to him that the car is burning oil like crazy, he tells me that it's completely normal for German cars. Well, I was not born yesterday. The car basically needs a new motor. Either the piston rings or the valve seals are shot. I'm pretty sure he knew about this issue, and went ahead and sold it to me. He also installed these expensive Perelli tires upfront that are not designed to take the weight of the engine and the tire walls cracked. I sent him emails voicing how angry I am about this issue. His responses showed no remorse. Nor is he putting forth any effort at all to make this right. How does one expect me to give him recommendations when he is doing me like this?
