  • If I could give ZERO STARS to this company, I would. Unfortunately, they are the repair company for our Kitchen Aid built in refrigerator through American Home Shield. They came out a total of FIVE TIMES and still couldn't fix our ice maker. They finally blamed it on the cooling system which was under warranty and another company was sent out to fix it. Turns out it was a sensor to shut the system down if the ice bucket got to full. They don't know what they are doing. DON'T EVER USE THEM.
