  • Had an appt at 12:30, wasn't seen until 1:15. that is completely unacceptable, I made the appt so I could be done and head to work after. I almost didn't make it to work on time because I wasn't seen on time. On top of that, the front desk displayed unproffesional behavior; they were sharing videos on their phones. They should not have their phones out while working. Either way, I will not be returning to this location, I will choose to get my refill taken care of elsewhere.
