  • Review for the Service Department: Alex was my service advisor and he is great, if this review was just about him, it'd be five stars. I'd definitely recommend working with him. I scheduled my service online and knew I needed an alignment, but Alex verified I actually needed one before just sending it to the shop, so that was nice. He explained everything before and after so I was always in the loop on what was going on with my car. Polite, professional, and courteous... all you can ask for. They have a lot of seating in the waiting area, but each time I've been there it's still been pretty packed. They have a little coffee shop, wifi, and a kids play area in the main waiting room. They also offer massages and haircuts in another portion of the building... I haven't tried it, but it's kinda cool I guess. Reason for star deduction: 1. Wait time. The first time I came here I scheduled an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. I took the shuttle home thankfully, because it took about 4 hours. I know it's nothing Alex could control, but judging by the packed waiting room every time I've been here and the other reviews, it seems long waits are pretty common. They also didn't have any rental cars available, so that sucked. Second time was just a battery change, and while I called last minute and Alex was able to squeeze me in, it's been an hour and I'm still sitting here. I should have just bought the battery and changed it myself. So that's my bad on that one. 2. The kids area isn't in a separate room like other dealerships, so you get the privilege of hearing kids screaming, crying, etc. no matter where you are in the building... and don't you worry, it's nonstop. Had I sat here for my last service, I probably would have gone crazy. TLDR: Alex is a great service advisor, expect a long wait no matter what you're getting done, and DO NOT stay to wait for your vehicle. You will go insane.
