This restaurant needs a rescue...outdated interior, slow service, tough T-bone steak, no wine selection, $1 draft beers, staff needs customer service training! Don't tell a customer to go to the store to buy cream for your coffee when you are out, write down drink orders & remember who receives what, don't let chef cooked food come out 15 minutes after the rest of the party has cooked & eaten their meal. This place feels like a school cafeteria. I wonder how the staff handles the back of kitchen? Along with how do they have several locations?
