  • The Shops at Crystals are conveniently located on the middle of Las Vegas Blvd, at City Center. They are easily recognizable by their beautifully designed buildings, especially Louis Vuitton's sparkling store front, Gucci, Tom Ford and many others. If you drive yourself there, you can self park for a fee at Aria, and walk a lot to get to the shopping center. The best way to void the frustration is if you drive straight down to the Crystals entrance and use the complimentary valet service. It fast and easy. Service is always professional and friendly! And if you happen to have an electric car, you can find yourself in haven, because there is an electric vehicle charging station here, free to use 24/7 !!! We always get the valet service. They offer complimentary Fiji water while waiting for our car! It's a great way to show they care about customers. I love the shops. They are never crowded with people. Great customer service all around even though I don't always shop, just window shopping, sales executives are very professional. One of my favorite restaurant is located here at Crystals. Mastro's Ocean Club is a very unique place to enjoy dinner! Also, my daughter and I like the pizza at Cucina by Wolfgang Puck. It's very tempting to come here often! The least I can do is enjoy my coffee at Starbucks, and people watching. The beautiful pink pearl staircase is a highlight of the center. The swirling water showcased on the main floor, very relaxing and interesting to watch. There are many beautiful flowers and art displayed all around. It's always something unexpected to see here. Crystals truly is the art of luxury!
