  • My husband and I have been residents of Summit twice (we are military so we have had to move in and out of AZ several times). When we are based back at Luke AF we are so excited to go back and live with Summit. They have the friendliest staff and the cleanest apartments. Great value for the space given. They are pet friendly and have fast maintenance staff. They take care of their property including their beautiful pools. If we get to come back to AZ we will definitely stay with them again!
