The folks here and friendly and professional, but both times I've been there is a good sized line and it doesn't move fast.
While I'm not surprised they're busy, and they may not be able to control staffing levels, for the love of g-d, if you have 3 employees working customer service, don't have just one line for packing/shipping and printing!
Don't make someone picking up a pre-paid, online print (admittedly biased, b/c that's me : ) ) wait behind a bunch of people doing custom packing ship projects or starting a new custom print job that may take 10 minutes+ a piece! Have an express line for people just paying for a package or picking up prints. Once it was actually my turn my transaction took literally 30 seconds - they reach under the counter, pull out print, and I walk out.
