  • Ok to start off we did not stay at Hotel 32, but we were suppose to have stayed here. One night before we were to arrive I received a call from Chloe who informed me that our room was not able to be rented during our stay. We had requested a one bedroom penthouse suite that unfortunately had a plumbing leak in the wall. I was a little disheartened to say the least. Chloe told me I had two choices we could take. One was to take a smaller room at a discounted rate and the second being to move over to Aria Sky Suites and have a one bedroom penthouse at a discount. Considering we love Aria Sky Suites I immediately told her we would take the Aria room which in turn said she had already booked for me. Not only that but she had also taken care of setting my airport transportation up. To top it off she sent me an email saying on our next visit to Vegas I would get a free upgrade to a one bedroom penthouse suite for the price of a basic room. Most hotels would just tell you sorry for your bad luck here's a different room and maybe give you a slight discount, but Hotel 32 and Chloe did the right thing and went way above what was expected. Next trip to Vegas we will be staying at Hotel 32! If the service is this great and I didn't even stay then I'm sure the service and rooms will definitely not disappoint! Thank you Hotel 32
