Ive had my Corgi groomed here several times. Unfortunately this will be the last. It's not because of her cut or anything. It's because the customer service and the customers themselves. My dog was excited to be at the groomer today. As I stood there waiting to be checked in she barked, excited to see all the other dogs. She is not aggressive, nor could it have been misinterpreted in that way. I calmed her but I needed to pay attention to checking her in. Another customer came in and started harassing me about my dog barking because her dog was timid (I think she just wanted something to complain about because her dog didn't seem too bad). She continued complaining and I had had enough. All the while the groomers made it an uncomfortably long interaction because of the slow pace. Also, one of the groomers (the lady seemed to know her) injected herself in the back and forth, which made it even more uncomfortable.
All in all I would probably choose a different location, or get a personal groomer. I didn't get the cut I wanted because there was a lady squawking at me and had to wait an extra 10 minutes after I picked her up to have her done the way I'd intended.
