Last hour ive been on yelp looking at reviews at apartments and made me think why not write when on where we used to live.
I used to live here in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor less then a year ago our lease was up and we moved out.
From day one looking at the apartments we had hector show us around him and the rest of the staff was great and super nice. We really liked the pool, gym, apartmemt layouts and the property itself. Then when we found out if we signed a 13month lease we would get a 40" flat screen smart tv and $300 off first months rent. We were sold at that point lol.
Once we moved in staff still remained friendly even when we moved out. We never really had any issues maintenance issues but when we did the maintenance crew was always there within minutes. Always saw security walk around at night which was nice and leaving warning signs on cars that were parked in spots that werent suppose to be. Never had any bug issues and every morning going to work or school i always saw the cleaning lady walking around picking up the little trash people rudly leave for others.
I miss when living there they had residents days, one night for dinner they had olive garden for us, score! The neighbors were friendly. I really have nothing bad to say about them.
Usually when you move out of apartments they try not to give you as much of your deposites as possiable. However they did not we got all of our money back and for damages we made they charged us somewhere around $150 which i thought was more then fair!
I cracked my closet mirror top to bottom on accident opening my bedroom door, i spilt a red candel on the carpet i couldnt get the stain out so i cut a piece of carpet myself to show home depo so they could install new carpet thinking the paramount would over charge us and a few other things needed to be fixed. However they barley charged us.
We would move back 100 percent on this apartment search right now but this time we need a garage and their apartments with garages are usually taken.
Best place ive lived in vegas.
