  • I came in for my 35th bday! Was sad cause I called they said they would do some special since it was my bday....but customer service was still great! We had 4 rooms here this weekend and it was awesome for everyone! The pool was beautiful, our server was so nice as she put up with me and about 15 guests Saturday morning! Henry's was awesome too as the bartender took amazing care of us at the bar in front of Henry's! At Henry's our server was able to just keep adding tables as our party grew bigger and bigger. The tab came out al together which did cause a little confusion I say on our part cause people didn't feel the need to pay for a proper tip. However I server got it al together and stayed calm and at the end, it worked out! Bell guys where awesome too, each time we needed a lift they where quick to move for us and get us a car! Room service was sooooooooooo fast and and also awesome. Every time I left the room and came back in th afternoon, the room was cleaned to perfection' Check in and Check out was smooth. Even though it was busy the lines moved quickly. And for checkout a guy just came and grabbed room numbers and emailed receipts! The club was nice too! Got a chance to see Busta perform so that was cool! Room service was good and prompt, the food could been better. The pizza was very dry one night and the chicken was over cooked and fried so hard the next night. But it was hot at least!!! Over all I'll be back! Worth every dime. I had so much fun i forgot to gamble. But th casinos are always ia hit here! Cheers from the BDAY Girl!
