I'm glad Wanda had such a good visit here, but I sure didn't! We passed no less than 12 staff, and not one stopped to help us. Only when I chased him down was I able to get Dennis' help, but he just pointed and continued on his way. Even Mike, the store manager, didn't bother to ask if I needed anything, despite the confused look on my face.
This place is great for selection. Well, at least it seems to be. I wasn't able to find 3 of the 4 things I came in for, even though they probably sold them. Because of a very poor customer service experience, my business will go elsewhere.
