rev:text	RUN.....RUN....RUN......This is a HUGE ripoff place! If you stay here.....you will be sorry. We are ex-locals......and had to come to Vegas for a couple nights....hadn't stayed here since 2008. But went to the Tuscany's website where we found a room for $40 a night plus sales tax (total was $106). BE WARNED.......somehow it redirects you to Reservations.Com and they charge your card...PLUS when you check in....Tuscany not only charges your card for the room BUT....also resort fees that they claim the City makes them charge. Zerina the Property Manager is a joke. I took screen shots of everything and my hubby showed her and her response was it wasn't her fault. She is condescending and after all is said and done.....says.....oh well, you should have paid better attention to detail! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So tonight, hubby says well if I am getting screwed for resort fees.....then I am going swimming.....oh wait....the pool is CLOSED! Remind me again why I am paying resort fees? WOW.......I know tourism is down in Vegas because of the mass shootings....but this is so ridiculous that they feel the need to rip you off instead of being honest. If the Tuscany was an upstanding company.....they would give me a Credit Card credit for the HUGE mistake and not make me waste my time. So now I have (3) charges on my credit card.....Totaling $271 for a less than average stay at a B-rate hotel. I am not stopping here.....I plan on calling the Chamber in the morning, BBB and now have to file a complaint with my Credit Card. AGAIN..............DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to get ripped off!!!!
