  • Was in Charlotte for a day and was looking forward to checking them out. Place was cool, staff was nice, and the coffee wasn't bad. Didn't realize it was a build your own donut concept which I'm not a fan of. Donuts just fall apart being so hot and heavy. Nice staff, just wouldn't recommend the donuts .
