  • Went to get an oil change for my H3 and was greeted and helped by Mark. I hardly drive this vehicle & it's been more than a year since my last oil change on it, so I thought for good measure, might as well get it done. Mark, through great service and not the power of making a buck, tells me I'm not due and I should wait til i reach the mileage on the reminder sticker, regardless of time (mentioning it might be another 8 months before I meet that number). Moreover, he topped off all my fluids and checked my tires at no cost. Glad to know not all mechanics fall into the stereotype of overcharging. Thanks for being honest and up front Mark!
