  • I used to really like this place...... i scheduled 8 of my girlfriends to go there for my best friends wedding. we ended up being 6 because 2 girls got sick and the manager/owner was so mean. i think she wanted us to pay for the 2 girls that couldn't make it. She was rude and charged us $60 for just a pedicure (shellac). We asked for the real price and it is not on their price list so they couldn't justify the dramatic increase in price (normal pedicure in $30, so shellac is double???). Then they told us how they brought extra workers because it was suppose to be 8 girls, but instead of being nice and pointing it out they were all mean and ganged up on me as if I ruined their business. Honestly, I felt bad for the 2 girls cancelling but it was 6pm on a Tuesday and we actually gave them way more business than they usually have- on top of that they over charged us. I will never go back. The customer service is just terrible.
